Return and Refund Policy

No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds. Custom items cannot be returned due to their made-to-order nature, unless the item is damaged due to our error.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at nickinicoleeellc@icloud.com. If the return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please send returns to the address: COMING SOON.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Digital Products/Templates
Custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders)
Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at nickinicoleeellc@icloud.com.
